Green Mover Spare part for Bulls E45

Dear I drive my bike every day 90km so I guess the bike has around 85000km. I really like the bike but since November 2021 the bike is broken. The motor is ok but no more electrical support. Since the Bulls dealer, where I bought the bike, is not able to get the parts within 1 month, I want to ask the community if the can help me.
It's a 2015 Bulls Green Mover E45 bike 48V SR Suntour. I guess the controler (BMS?) is broken but also the display. Can anyone give a address or website where I can order the parts.
I live in Belgium. Also the front suspension needs to be replaced.

Thanks Brako because I got the controller but guess what: that is not the solution. I waited 5 months but still no functioning bike! Could it be a sensor? Does anyone know which sensors are on the bike? Brand name and type. I can see on the display that there is sometimes a signal but no support from the motor which works fine because when I push the button it goes to 20kmh.

Hi Werry,

I had the same phenomenon.

This is the bottom bracket with sensor.



It is a photo sensor that is dirty. Try cleaning the slots.


For me it was the cause of a support failure.

Dear BorSun, guess what? It works! Thanks a lot. Tomorrow I will use the bike to go to work and hopefully, the bikes keeps functioning. Fingers crossed. What I don't understand is that the dealer doesn't know this simple solution. It's so simple. You are the best. I could use his bike (Norta B-5040) for 5 months but that bike only goes 36kmh and desintegrated!! Total cost with new controller and mirror was 481 euro. I paid also for the broken parts of the Norta.

I am very happy that I could help you.

I think the reason for the error is the following:
The fixed, round metal plate on which the sensor is attached has a round bearing and this round bearing wears out more and more as an oval due to the rotating pedal movement.


At this point, the plate is constantly being ground by gravity and the plate is hanging down more and more.



The sensor interrupter wheel runs through the upper and lower photocells. Due to the oval wear of the retaining plate, the sensor keeps slipping down and rubs against the sensor interrupter wheel. The abrasion settles in the slots of the photocells.



I prevented the sensor from hanging down with a cable tie.


Since then I do not have problems anymore.

My description of where the wear is is not entirely correct. The sensor's retaining plate rests on the rotating part at the point marked in green. There's the wear and tear. Not in the place marked in red.

Thank you for all the good advise!
The bike is ok as long I don't use the smallest pion.
I noticed that I better revise my batteries because they heat up a lot and don't last very long.

New, not used battery #81 + 85 .....
