After one and a half year of using my Focus Paralane2 6.7 daily (usually without battery), I changed my tires from 28mm>32mm (continental ultra sport III), put in new bar tape (SRAM SuperCork) and replaced the brake pads (Shimano L05A-RF). I also bought a cheap pair of gloves (Giro Jag) and overall the comfort of riding has risen significantly.
The only upgrades for the future are:
- Pedals, I still use the default low quality. Any recommendations for pedals without clips?
- Suspension post maybe? I did some research and there are like 4-5 options that most pick (Suntour SP17 NCX, Cane Creek Thudbuster, Cane Creek eeSilk, Kinekt, Redshift). Any thoughts? The use is just bad asphalt roads, not gravel. Not uncomfortable currently but maybe long-term it's worth it for my spine?
- Saddle, I use the default. Don't know its quality and it is not uncomfortable but I have seen a lot of people praise Brooks. B17 is very popular but isn't the look too old school for a road ebike? It also is leather which doesn't do well with water. Maybe Brooks C17 instead or some other brand?
Finally, I may have the opportunity to sell this bike for 2700€ and buy a new one named Leader Fox Runner for 1700€. It's similar, again with Fazua motor but everything else is lower spec. Do you think it is a good deal?

Außerdem habe ich mir ein günstiges Paar Handschuhe gekauft (Giro Jag) und insgesamt hat sich der Fahrkomfort deutlich erhöht.
Die einzigen Upgrades für die Zukunft sind:
