Hello guys (and maybe girls),

I'll write this in English, as German it's a zero known language to me, but this Forum it's really well documented and with some great peoples.
Sorry if this was discussed, but I search all the pages and could not find the answer.

I've just got a really god deal for a eBike, which comes with a Gen 4 motor and Kiox Display. Bike is second hand, but the old owner looked trusty, but still I'm afraid of that Lock Mode of which I read about. He said that he removed it from the app, but on Kiox I can still see his account.
- is there a way to remote lock it?
- is there a way to check in Kiox if it has Lock function activated?
- if I remove de Kiox, the phone connected to it needs to be nearby to unlock?

How can I be sure that he removed his account and I can use Kiox at his full potential? I read about some users not being able to reconect with Kiox event with the original phone, it will be a real pain to not be able to use Kiox, maybe even get a lock engine.
