0v throttle signal

I have ebike controller, all reading very good motor wires , hall sensor but the motor don’t moving i check throttle signal it have 0v how i can check the faulty?

This 3 controller i check all reading very good , but I think signal faulty 0v

If there is 0V between "GND" and "+5" - the sensor supply voltage, that is a defect. Check where these 5V (or 4,3V) come from on the board. There must be some kind of linear voltage regulator.
